Here’s a lunch feature we did a few months ago - our twist on the iconic Vietnamese “Bánh mì” sandwich

• Nice crusty baguette or torpedo bun

• Chicken Liver Pate

• Meuwly’s Mortadella and Ham

• Pickled Carrots and Onion, Fresh Cucumber, Cilantro Garnish

• For a dressing, try mixing some Mayo, Dijon, and Fresh Citrus Juice
