Holiday Features
Meuwly’s is offering smoked turkey, smoked honey ham, and charcuterie boards for the holidays! Pre-order and pick up for the holiday weekend.
Find out why our smoked honey hams have been voted one of Edmonton’s top 100 things to eat for five years in a row!
Our Meuwly's Smoked Turkeys are brined with honey, sea salt, and spices, then slow-smoked with beechwood for a full flavour.
Each order is a 1/2 bird - approx. 1.8kg/4lbs ( 1 bone-in leg and 1 breast, backbone and breastbone removed.)
Typical portion sizes of cooked turkey are 175-200g per person - so this package typically feeds 6-8 people.
The turkey is fully cooked. Just reheat and serve!
Our charcuterie boards include Cured Meats, Domestic and Imported Cheese, Assorted Pickles and Olives, Seasonal Fresh and Dried Fruits, Fresh Vegetables, Mustard, Preserves, and Crackers. Each Meuwly’s Charcuterie Board comes prepared on a bamboo serving tray, which is yours to keep!

Medium Board: 10 x 13", Serves up to 8 people
Large Board: 12 x 16”, Serves up to 15 people
Extra Large Board: 12 x 20”, Serves up to 20 people
Our Boneless Hams are made with Alberta pork, whole muscle, honey-brined, and beechwood smoked - no fillers or extra water added.
Each ham comes with a jar of Meuwly’s signature mustard.
Serving your Smoked Turkey or Ham
Our Thanksgiving hams and turkeys are fully cooked - you just need to gently re-heat the meat and serve it!
Adding a jar of our honey cider mustard or our citrus ginger cranberry sauce provides a tart contrast, balancing the richness of the turkey and ham.
Roasted vegetables, such as Brussels sprouts and carrots, are ideal for their caramelized flavors. Consider incorporating a charcuterie or cheese platter for guests to enjoy before the main meal, adding variety and taste.
When it comes to beverage pairings, the choice of wine can greatly enhance the meal. A medium-bodied Chardonnay complements the turkey’s flavors without overpowering them. Its notes of oak and butter harmonize well with smoked meats.
For ham, a Pinot Noir offers fruity undertones that pair nicely with its saltiness. Its light tannins keep the palate refreshed. Additionally, sparkling wines, such as champagne or prosecco, provide a festive touch and cleanse the palate. Or-try a craft beer from one of your favorite Edmonton breweries!
For non-alcoholic options, consider apple cider or a well-crafted mocktail to add a seasonal flair.
